God`s Love For You There is a question we must all ask ourselves, the most important question we will ever be asked.

IF YOU DIED TODAY, WHERE WOULD YOU GO AND HOW DO YOU KNOW?

Many people may say they don`t know. Some might say they don`t think about it. Others may say ``I THINK I would go to Heaven.`` That is a nice thought. But there is nowhere in the Bible where it says you can THINK your way into Heaven. Someone else may say, ``You don`t understand, I was raised in church. Won`t that get me into Heaven?`` That is a nice thought as well, but nowhere in the Bible does it say you can get to Heaven because you were raised in church. You might say ``I am a good person. People tell me that all the time. I help people and I don`t do evil things. Won`t that get me into Heaven?`` Unfortunately, there is nowhere in the Bible where it says you can get into Heaven because you are a good person. You might say ``I believe Jesus is the Son of God. That should get me to Heaven.`` That is good, but Satan and his demons know Jesus is the Son of God too, and they are not going to Heaven. ``How does someone get to Heaven?``, you might ask.

In John 3, Jesus visited a man named Nicodemus. Nicodemus was a good man a religious leader in his day who did many good deeds. You might think that Jesus would tell a person like Nicodemus that he was on his way to Heaven. But that is not what He said to him. Jesus told Nicodemus, ``You must be born again``

What does it mean to be born again?
It means that you give God all of your heart and all of your life. In Revelation 3:20, Jesus says ``Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone opens the door, I will come in and fellowship with him, and he with me.`` To be born again means that you ask Jesus Christ into your heart to be your Lord and Savior and from that moment on you live your life the way He tells you to in the Bible, instead of living your life the way you want to live it.

God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. ``For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.`` (John 3:16 NIV) ``But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8 NIV)

Man`s Dilemma
Man cannot find God by using human understanding alone. Being a good person or doing good deeds are not good enough. God is holy and perfect. All men have sinned and are therefore separated from God.

``For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.`` (Romans 3:23 NIV)

``For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.`` (Romans 6:23 NIV)

Man`s Response: What must I do to be saved?
It`s not good enough to know God loves you or that all have sinned. You must ask Jesus Christ into your life. It is only then you can know and experience God`s love and plan for your life. ``Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.`` (John 1:12 NIV)

``For it is grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast.`` (Ephesians 2:8,9 NIV)

How can I receive Christ?
You can receive Jesus Christ right now through prayer. God is not as concerned with your words as He is with the attitude of your heart.

``That if you confess with your mouth, ``Jesus is Lord,`` and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.`` (Romans 10:9, 10 NIV)
